First, I will say the error that led to my tale is totally on me. CPN was in no way at fault. I missed that I had an account with their payment processing partner that auto-filled a shipping address for me. In New York City. I now live in Phoenix, AZ... (Note to self, ALWAYS double-check the shipping address). I didn't even realize it until I got the email that my shipment was delivered. When I asked at the front desk, I had no packages. I checked the delivery notice and then saw it was shipped to where I lived two addresses ago. I wrote off the shipment and actually placed another order the same day. I'm hopeful it will arrive tomorrow (yes, I verified the shipping address this time).
To my surprise, two days ago, I received a beat up and half-crushed box amazingly from CPN. At first I thought it was my second order, but as I looked, I saw this box had been all the way to NYC where it was received and forwarded to my current address in Arizona. I fully expected everything in the box to be dead. I'd ordered two combo sets (the sundew set and the set with a flytrap, pitcher plant, and sundew). I'd also ordered several other flytraps and some live sphagnum moss.
To my amazement, quite a few of the plants were STILL ALIVE! As you can see, I still have a living pitcher plant, a sundew that is holding on pretty well so far, and four flytraps that look pretty good so far. The sphagnum moss was also in great shape and appears to be doing well. They look amazing in my opinion given how long they spent in a box with no light and that arrived half crushed. This is a testament to the care that CPN puts into their excellent product. It also shows you just how well they package your shipment! I am so looking forward to my next order, and I know I'll be ordering from them again and again.
Thanks, CPN team!
