Nepenthes copelandii, is a medium size, carnivorous tropical pitcher plant with rich, predominant red and reddish purple speckles. The tubes are long with a narrow waist, and bulbous bottom. The opening is large, oval and upward pointing. The hoods are large and oval. Lower pitchers are colored purplish brown with red speckling. They too have a bulbous bottom and nice wings. In its native range it is quite wide spread, growing as a scrambling vine over shrubs and trees in full sun, in water logged soils. In cultivation it prefers very damp soil and bright indirect light.  It is an excellent terrarium plant.

Plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss. Photographs are representative of species, and not the specific plant shipped.
