Venus Flytrap Triffid Traps is a great VFT that develops a dense cluster of many traps. It is a very showy plant in full sun with nice yellow-green coloration. It can show some orange to red color in the fall. Triffid Traps tends to keep traps in the winter. It grows vigorously, and divides nicely. It is an unofficial cultivar developed by Colin Clayton in Australia.

Plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss. Photographs are representative of the cultivar, and not the specific plant shipped.

Plant Type: Perennial, warm temperate.
Bloom Time: June to July.
Bloom Color: White.
Soil: Upper Bog Mix or General CP Mix.
Light: Bright indoors, full sun to partial sun outdoors.
Water: Consistently moist.
Use: Grows well in the bog garden, greenhouse and indoors. It is an excellent subject for terrariums.
