Venus Flytrap Dentate Traps has short stout triangular guard hairs that resemble jagged teeth. The coloration of the traps is of the typical green/red pattern, with deeper red in bright light. The dentated teeth may not appear early in the season or on juvenile traps. It is an official cultivar of ICPS. This is the same cultivar as "Dente" or "Dentate."
Unless the size description specifies "potted", plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss. In it's dormant season, it will be shipped as a dormant corm. Photographs are representative of the cultivar, and not the specific plant shipped.
