not great

I cared for my plants exactly as instructed, used the soil, used distilled water, and 1 died after a week and the other ones are not doing well. The soil wasn't enough so I had to mix in some wood chips. What a waste of my money.

Healthy plants, not enough soil/incorrect description

Planted the starter set in a 6-in rose bowl as suggested with a false bottom made of lava rock to act as a water reservoir. All plants arrive looking quite healthy and very well packaged. The only major disappointment was (as other reviews have stated) that the amount of included soil was certainly not enough for adequate planting depth in a 6-in rose bowl despite the claims of the description . Because of this I had to buy additional components to make my own substrate, given that I ended up having to do this anyways you're really better off just buying the individual plants ( 1x Nepenthes sp., 1x Drosera spatulata, 1x Urticulara subulata) and making your own substrate versus this starter kit since you're going to have to make your own substrate anyways.

First time with Carnivores😀

I thought the packaging was great, all plants came healthy and well protected. My only complaint is the starter kit does not come with enough soil, two of those bags would have been perfect. 1 is not nearly enough. Found my self scrambling trying to find more soil locally. That being said I will be a return customer.
