Disappointed but Hopeful

I ordered this plant based on the photo of the Venus Flytrap G14- full of leaves and bright red. When I got my plant it have only 1 large trap and two smaller ones. I wrote to the company and they told me to wait until it matures in August and then get back to them. Never having ordered a live Venus Flytrap before, I'll give it time. The two smaller trap turned black leaving 1 leaf, but it seems to have new growth. I keep it under a grow light 12 hrs a day, so hopefully it will recover. I do wish they specified that the photo is not what you get, and that the ball and roots are the primary product. For the asking price, I was frankly disappointed.

Beautiful little plant!

So I am new to the CP world, but I am in LOVE. I recently brought home my first pitcher plant that I found while on vacation and purchased one of the G14 Venus fly traps after stumbling upon this nursery. I am so impressed! Plant impeccably packed along with a bag of soil and bonus thread-leaf sundew seeds that I already have in cold stratification. Will update with pictures in the future as he’s freshly unpacked and sleepy right now, but I look forward to my next purchase 🤗

Started Out Little

Always great plants.
This one was planted March 9.
Here in Largo, we've been getting colder, wetter weather for the last week.
But it's holding up.
It's in the smaller circle.

I didn’t take a picture before I unwrapped it but it was shipped very securely and looks great!
