Venus Flytrap Bohemian Garnet is a small all red sawtooth VFT. It is an F2 cross between Royal Red and a typically colored Sawtooth. The plant is red throughout, though a golden or green stripe can be present, especially on the outside of the trap, in juvenile or low-lit plants. The short fine guard hairs are divided into many toothlets. A mature plant is about half the size of a typical VFT. This clone quickly divides producing many plantlets in a single season. This is now the official name for the same cultivar as Sawtooth Red. It is an official register cultivar with ICPS.
Plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss. In it's dormant season, it will be shipped as a dormant corm. Photographs are representative of the cultivar, and not the specific plant shipped.
