The only One

This one survived Las Vegas heat. Although I had to pull it inside of an East facing window. Direct morning sun then shade for the rest of the day. I bought others that immediately died under the same conditions.

Impressed

I’m brand new to carnivorous plant growing. That being said, in my novice opinion these plants arrived very healthy and well packaged. They began growing extremely quickly once planted.

I’ve been growing indoors for now, trying to get the light levels correct. Making sure temp and humidity are nominal. In spite of my inexperience these plants from CPN have been robust.

While my moss skill aren’t so great yet, the sarracenia has almost formed it’s first trap already. I’m taking that as a win.

Sarracenia x popei

Nice little Sarracenia x popei. It did arrive quite dry. It’s taken a while for it to start growing, but it is growing. Looking forward to seeing it grow up.
