Not What I Was Hoping For

I bought this as a birthday gift for my sister who loves Venus Fly Traps. I was excited to find a company that was NOT Amazon, that I could support and that would provide her with a beautiful product.
Somehow I missed the fact that it would not arrive already potted. I would never have bought it had I realized that. My mistake.
Also, when it arrived there was some brown on it, but she figured she could get it potted right away. Unfortunately, the recommended products to plant with it were not readily available to her where she lives. That is also something I didn't know until after I made the purchase, and it was stated in the shipping confirmation.
I'm sure they're usually beautiful plants and that it's a good company. But for my sister it ended up being a pain and it isn't looking so great.

Excited for my new plant.

Hello, I bought the large version of this plant. I have had it for about 2 weeks, and it is big and is recovering from the shipping. There are only 2 healthy traps, there were other ones, but they were already turning black when I got the plant. The plant almost is done making a new trap, and there is another small one on the way. I would advise you to only buy a plant like this if you are ready to nurture it back to health. My only wish is that it was more healthy out of the box. I recommend this company as this isn’t the first plant I have bought from them, and they seem to care about their plants. I would give 3.75 stars if I could.

Strong and healthy

Small yet mighty. Beautiful color and perfect miniatures. Already putting out new traps. They are my favorite plant in the order and theyve hit the ground running! In the picture of the setup they are the two that are surrounded by sphagnum. The other two were purchased elsewhere in death cubes and are struggling to regenerate from the base. Order them from here as they are stellar :(

Perfect for a Third Time

This is the third plant I have ordered for myself. Each time they have showed up in great condition and continued to flourish after potting. I highly recommend.
