Drosera tokaiensis x spatulata "Royal National Park Sydney" is a squat and rapid growing complex hybrid sundew. It shows a deep scarlet color on stout spoon-shaped traps. Tentacles are numbers with large sparkling "dew drops". It is a rapid grower and spreads readily. It prefers open, sunny, boggy conditions in peaty soils. The blossoms are bright pink on multi-flowered scapes. Typically there are several scapes at a time, and they are long lasting.  It can flower at different times of the year, but more profusely in the summer months. Allow for a winter rest for best growth. This hybrid is an excellent little terrarium plant. It is easy to grow, and is a great beginner's plant. This selection comes from leaf cuttings, and are genetically identical to the parent. D. tokaiensis is a naturally occurring hybrid of D. spatulata x rotundifolia.

Plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss. Photographs are representative of species, and not the specific plant shipped.

As shown in picture, comes in a cup

The product was exactly as described. As shown, it came in a cup. Very healthy plant. Fast shipping (but hey, I'm in an adjacent State :) ). However, the plant was well packaged and wouldn't have any problems surviving to anywhere in the CONUS (Continental US). However, now that temperatures are dropping, you need to be cautious because most carnivorous plants won't survive below freezing. I made another purchase and I'm very happy with that one as well.
