The King Henry Venus Flytrap carnivorous plant is a new Giant cultivar, selected from large parents, that develops traps 1.5" and larger. It is vigorous grower named after the similarly Hugh King Henry VIII. The traps are a scarlet red in full sun, and get their largest size by the end of the growing season. It is a robust grower that frequently puts out young plantlets. This is a great new Giant Venus Flytrap cultivar for your collection. It is an unofficial cultivar developed by Don Elkins.

Unless size specifies "potted", plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss. In their dormant season, they will be shipped as a dormant corm. Photographs are representative of the cultivar, and not the specific plant shipped.
