The flowers are about 1/4" (.5cm) on short stalks. The clump will produce multiple flowers. They typically grow in small colonies providing a nice display. It prefers open, sunny, damp, peaty soils. Water with rain/distilled water. Flowers from late Spring through Fall, and readily seeds itself, spreading nice, but not over crowding other plants.
Each portion is a rooted, growing plant. Plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss. Photographs are representative of species, and not the specific plant shipped.
